Back sliding door would not close completely, therefore, door slid open continuously while driving to our storage unit. A track wheel upper left side is missing. Something I couldn’t have noticed before driving away. At one point kitchen chair fell out onto road. Thankfully, there were no cars behind!! Person who gave me truck commented that it was 9 years old. Obviously too old to be a reliable moving truck!If I could give a negative star rating I would! Not maintaining your vehicles could have caused an major accident

Very friendly and reliable people. The truck I rented was a good price and I good condition. I would definitely recommend renting a truck from this location. Ultramar gas station conviently located right beside the U-HAUL parking lot for easy top up of fuel after you done with their truck and returning it filled up.

I didn't have an amazing experience here, I came here and they didn't care to acknowledge a customer is in the office i waited till the person ahead of me was done booking their truck. I've rented cars from rental companies so many times and trucks from other companies they make you do a walk-around inspection and go over it with you to make sure when you return it there's no discrepancy. Once I booked the truck I asked to do an inspection with a staff member present they told me it wasn't necessary I just had to use the link they sent to my phone number. I go outside and inspect everything is fine but the link sent to my phone then expires. I was worried I may charged a bogus charge but I wasn't. I came to drop the car and was told their on their lunch break and just put the keys under the door, I asked to do an inspection and the staff told me it's fine she will do it herself without me being present.

I went to the location to buy boxes at 2:20pm on a Wednesday. Their hours clearly state they are to be open until 4pm. No one there. I just hate when they state certain hours of operation then do not bother to be there. No notice or anything stating why they were closed.

I helped my mom move from Hamilton to Whitby. They gave my mother the wrong truck. She booked their smallest truck. They gave her a bigger truck because they gave away the vehicle that she had reserved. The truck ended up being a truck with outdated certificates and insurance (papers in the glove box) and it had an American plate, (Arizona I believe.) The oil light was flashing and beeping when she picked it up, she alerted them. It was dented and scratched up on the outside and dirty on the inside, pop cans, hangers and someone else's baby picture in the cab. Leaves, an empty water bottle and garbage in the cube... Anyways she gave $100 deposit, she doesn't have a credit card, the lady told my mom she'd get it all back on return of the truck with gas filled half tank. So my mother filled the tank half way, my daughter and I cleaned the truck out. On return of the truck the lady was gone and a young dude was there. He checked the vehicle then gave my mother $10 back saying she didn't fill the tank full, blamed her for the oil, dents and scratches... smh despicable! I was with her the whole time she had it. And everything she was blamed for was already there.

This lady is so rude .she don't even listen properly what the other person is asking and their truck POS need repair /no AC /no brakes .

Do not go to this location (or any Uhaul) unless you're looking to be out of hundreds of dollars and want a headache.First headache was the changing of locations. We had to drive over a hour to get a truck. Why would a truck be bookable at a location on the website if it's not available?Pick up day arrives and the place was packed so we didn't have the chance to go through the contract with the staff member. Since our trip was 2+ hours, we filled the tank with gas only to find out you're not reimbursed for any gas overpayment. It's comical how Uhaul charges a $30 service fee for bringing a truck back with less but when you deliver it with $100+ of gas than it had previously, they can't refund it? Escalated it to head office" and the staff were incredibly rude. Joseph (or something along those lines; Reservations Manager) is awful to communicate with. He was extremely unprofessional.Uhaul is a cash grab and unless you're looking to be out money

Worst location ever, showed up and waited 15 minutes, then she gave me the WRONG reservation, tried arguing with me saying I ordered a different trailer. Then said she gave me someone else’s reservation even after confirming my ID. She gave me the right trailer 30 mins later and had to reserve the transaction. After 19 minutes of driving I realized she didn’t even hook up the brake lights. Super dangerous, terrible location

Very rude staff, I felt like she just wanted us to leave the whole time. Witnessed the staff speaking very rudely to another customer as well. She only seemed to care about her lunch break (apparently the time we booked for pick up interfered with her break). They did not have a truck available and we received no assistance from the staff, we had to call UHaul ourselves to arrange for pick up at another location.
