We are a small office of 10 people without an IT person on staff.We rely heavily on email so when there is a problem or our website is experiencing issues the troubleshooting is often left to me.I always know when I call The Net Now I will either get through to someone right away or get a return call quickly.Heather has been so patient and so kind over the years ensuring our hiccups are fixed and explaining in easy terms why something has occurred so we can avoid it happening again.It is refreshing to deal with a company that is still focused on the people it services.
