COAT Systems Epoxy Flooring Pickering

Horrible experience. I had Coat Systems install an epoxy flooring in my basement. They were paid in full, however an hour or so after completion, during the drying process, hundreds of air bubbles emerged in the floor and dried that way. You can’t even walk on the floor without stepping on air bubbles. Looks horrible and definitely not the finished product I expected (especially for the price). Shady, the owner, refused to come back and fix the issue because they were “too busy” and stopped answering all messages and calls.Furthermore, when Coat Systems replied to this review they said they’d be in contact with me to remedy this, which was a lie. Photos were sent with no contact afterwards for over 2 months. No response to any calls or messages since this job was done 6 months ago.

Had this company do a garage for me before I sold the property. They were professional and quick. They had an estimator come out for free to show us samples, which not many companies do. I was very happy with the results. I would definitely use their services again.
