Essential Mobility Products

The owner of this store is a jackass - parks out front of his store, in the handicapped parking spot. When asked about this, he said he owns the store and can do whatever he wants with the spot. If I could give zero stars, I would. There are other businesses with better products, better owners, and better store fronts. Don’t waste your money here, buy from someone who actually cares about their customers.

I have to say I didn't have my first time experience in this store as other are saying.. I took my wife there to get the following thing 245 grab rail

I want to thank Essential Mobility for their professionalism and promptness in my request for assistance in obtaining a mobility scooter through ADP. I called 3 mobility providers and Essential Mobility is the only service that responded. This mobility scooter has already made a huge impact in my life, it's a game changer for sure; Im not struggling anymore, and I can actually be more independent again.Thanks to Wes for all your assistance and promptness in providing me with the scooter. I love essential mobility Hamilton. I suddenly needed a lift chair and they had one for me the next day. Since then, they’ve installed a new hand held shower and a support bar. All the workman were friendly and efficient and so we’re all the office girls and Wes. . I’d definitely recommend then to anyone.

I am very pleased with this business and the staff are amazing. I have only been a client for a few months now but I was able to get my mobility device very quickly. They were able to get the color of body I wanted for my wheelchair. So I am going to be recommending Essential Mobility to my friends and people who are looking for a new place for service and devices. I put out a request to 5 mobility businesses and Wes was the one that genuinely wanted to help me. He spent time talking to me over the phone and explained everything to me clearly and made an appointment for my assessment for funding the very same day. Unfortunately, I wasn't approved due to living in a building that is deemed non accessible but Wes was still willing to try to help me. Even though I didn't get what I needed I will still recommend this place to anyone I know that needs their services and I will certainly go back if my situation changes.Thanks for trying Wes, I appreciate your time.

I have not had the same experience as others have with Wes and EMP...my father has been waiting 4 mths for his scooter overall and Wes isn't very good at returning emails or phone calls.

I needed to rent a wheelchair for my mother over the holidays and wasn't sure where to even go. Thankfully my search led me to Essential Mobility Products. The staff here are amazing!!! It was a very easy process and I have nothing but great things to say about this business and staff. Highly recommend.
