I wish I could give over 5 stars. I was referred to Assured, 7200 Yonge street mid December 2022 by Mazda Toronto. My brand new car was scratched in the parking lot on the passenger back seat and the door was damaged. I visited the Assured office and the receptionist lady was very welcoming nice, and understanding. I did not take any appointments and she told me to wait. A few mins later I was introduced to Ali Ghanizadeh, Customer Service Appraiser. Ali took the time to go through the damage and estimate. He explained what needed to be done and also provided me with the 1st available appointment and also the completion date. As per schedule, I dropped my car and he personally dropped me home as the driver was unavailable. Ali kept me posted with the repairs and once it was ready on the pick-scheduled date, he called me to make arrangements. A nice driver lady picked me up and I was able to reach the Assured office on time to get my car. There was a backlog with one item, it reached the day I was there to pick up my car, therefore all repairs including the backlog item were completed by the pickup time. I am very satisfied with Assured customer service, especially Ali, he is a young professional Appraiser, very kind, and patient and he knows his stuff. He has great customer service skills. I recommend Ali and Assured services to anyone who needs vehicle repairs. Thank you for the great service Ali and Assured staff, very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

My car's catalytic converter was stolen and I brought the vehicle here.Right away they washed the card and helped assess the damage. I even received photos of the damage.Everything was explained clearly. I was able to weigh my options and decide on an option that best suited me.Thank you Phil and the team for a positive customer service experience.

My vehicle was hit in a parking lot, called assured right away to figure out how to proceed with repairs. Spoke with Ali and he took me through all the necessary steps to process an insurance claim to get my vehicle repaired. Ali was very professional with updating me on the status of the car as well as going the extra mile to include pictures of the repairs midway through.Fernando was the tech that repaired the vehicle, he too went the extra mile as he touched up all rock chips on the bumper as well fixed some rust forming on the fender. All this was done out of the kindness of his heart as this was not including on the original repair.Overall had a great experience at Assured between Ali and Fernando. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Do not go here bunch of amateurs who make more problems for your car. Do not repair properly and cause more damages. Take forever to give you back your car in worse condition than it came in. AVOID.

An initial quote of “9 days” to complete body work on our CX-50 turned into many months of stress and uncertainty, all thanks to this body shop. We were referred here by Mazda of Toronto in November 2022, and finally picked up the car in March 2023 after many, many months of limited communication and just overall horrible customer service. Although we were waiting for a backordered piece, there was a lot of wasted time in between waiting for this piece and things that they actually could’ve done in the meanwhile. For example, our brand new hood was not prepped for the decal guy they hired (who also didn’t show up multiple times and pushed our completion date back many times) and so the car needed to be kept even longer, even though they had the car since November and could've prepped the hood at some point in between these months. This is just one of many instances that make you wonder what this body shop is actually doing.Even then after many months of waiting for this vehicle, the work was not done well and needed to be corrected (ex: paint peeling around sensors, hood decal placed slanted, poorly applied adhesive around headlights, paint imperfections on hood that we chose to overlook etc). We were rescheduled by Chris to have the work fixed, only to show up and be turned away because they didn’t have the parts. Why waste our time and schedule us when you didn't have the parts? The rep that spoke with my husband gaslit him into not fixing some of our concerns, essentially stating that since our car is a lease, it will be fine when we return it to Mazda of Toronto since they sent us here.We did not get another appointment until May 24th, which we were then told it would take a few days to fix the concerns. Almost a month goes by, and we still didn't have our car back. A manager at Mazda of Toronto was able to help us with the process and we finally got our car back end of June. The headlight garnishes are still not applied properly as one side gaps more than the other, but we never want to deal with Assured again. This body shop does not care about customer service and their work is very subpar considering the amount of time they have with your car.

If he ever use their services. Please ask for Maria. Trust that she will leave you feeling satisfied with the job. She is very through, helpful and understanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel heard and satisfied, especially if you are clueless about cars like myself.

I brought my Jetta in for a small bumper job for a minor accident I had almost two years ago. The repairs took about a week, but they had arranged a rental vehicle with the neighbouring enterprise. Timing and scheduling are very important for me, and these guys got the job done at the exact time they said they would finish the job. Ali arranged the whole thing, and did an amazing job! My car was returned repaired with great attention to detail. They went above and beyond by patching up a few extra spots, and they even cleaned the inside of my vehicle too. This is a good body shop for those people looking for one with dependable service.

Exceptional customer service! I went there today to get a quote for my car repair. Ali inspected my car and explained the whole repair process to me in detail. His initial assessment was a bit different from my expectation. He talked to his manager and worked on the paperwork to get it close to my request. When done, he even washed my car, which had become so dirty in the previous repair shop. I truly appreciate his professionalism in customer care which went above and beyond his duty! Thank you so much, Ali!Definitely recommend him to my network!Additionally, this center has a couple of female professionals working there, and to me, as a female customer, it's indeed welcoming and encouraging to go and get their service!
