Easy to miss the discreet sandwich board advertising it's presence in the heart of Wellington West, this gym is a superior training ground for the Art of eight limbs. They boast a deep roster of experienced instructors and cater both to dedicated fighters as well as those seeking recreational training. Highly recommended.

Superb kids and teenager class organized by Westside Muay-thai. Safe environment focusing on technique, movement and fun. All new program developed for the young martial artists. Excellent coaches.

Such an amazing experience. This is by far one of the best Muay Thai gym in Ottawa. Everyone in the gym are friendly and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere. Feels like my home away from home. I love this place. Cant recommend enough.

Amazing coaches and fighters. Everyone is super friendly and really helpful. Workouts ate hard but a lot of fun. Definitely a good place for people of all skill levels.

Best coaches and great environment. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. Have your fitness pushed to the next level while learning how to defend yourself.For competitive members, there are a ton of experienced seniors and amateur world champions to learn from as well as the great coaches that helped them get there. Even clubs in Thailand have commented on the quality of technique for both competitors and casual members alike.
