I had an amazing experience with Aaron from Brantford Honda. Even though it was an old second hand car I still received service as though I were buying a new car. I am new to the country and Aaron helped me through the entire process. Really great experience and I will definitely be back for another car! Much appreciated Aaron!

Their service is horrible! I went there for car service, in which they offered me to wash my car. They ruined my car! It has scratches all over. On top of that, they were rude to me and didn't help me even though I asked them to check their security footage. They made excuse that their car wash is old and minor scratches can happen. If this was the case, why didn't you tell me beforehand? Also, the scratches are not minor! It was my new car which I had bought not even a year ago! They damaged my car, and then when I was recording the damages, they accused me instead that I had planned this! What kind of customer service is that? I didn't even ask you for the wash

Went back this week to look at a used 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback LX, and the sales rep Jeff was amazing! Answered every question I had and really took the time to do everything to help me out! Displayed a lot of patience even when I couldn’t make up my mind, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It was really my first visit to Branford Honda and l was impressed with the professional quality of the staff. There was going to be along wait as the car was to undergo the 168,000 maintenance work to be done. Trevor offered a shuttle to my home or I could stay which I did as I was interested in how they handled things and in my opinion they did very well. I was able to have coffee and read my book. My only disappointment was that they could not update my navigation data that day. Trevor has assured me that we can get that out of the way with the arrival with data fob. Overall, my experience with Brantford has been very good, from the facility to a great staff that took care of me.

No that great when compared to other Honda service dealers. Some of the staffs just keep talking ans busy while others waiting in the service reception area. Hope they will have courtesy to all clients to ensure thy serve them best

Visited yesterday. The sales person, Hayden worked hard to make a deal after the car we likes sold while we were there. Finance gentleman was willing to explain thing and was in no hurry to rush us.Would strongly recommend purchasing from Hayden. He's younger but knows his stuff.
