Had an emergent flat tire in downtown Vancouver. Was able to pump is up and drive to Midas. Andrew assisted us immediately to get the tire patched and fixed in under 30 minutes. Definitely saved our day and allowed us to make it on time to another destination!!! Incredibly grateful for their timely service, professionalism, and compassion!

Amazing service! Came in on Thursday of the long weekend from out of town with a brake problem. They fit me in, cured my problem all at No Charge! Andrew and Nathan are awesome!

I booked my appointment to get all 4 brakes done but was told they’ll check them first and get back to me. Around an hour later I get a call letting me know that I needed new brake pads for my front tires but that my rears were still good! I was given a quote and at that point I asked if they did wheel alignment, then booked that service as well.The job took less than half the time I expected and I totally appreciated their professionalism and honesty. They could have easily changed out all my brake pads and charged me, but they didn’t. Thank you for an awesome job and reasonable pricing! Will be giving them my business from here on.

Fixed my Honda civic 2016 A/C in June 2022. It was working great at first.Now a year later I started using the A/C and it is hot like it used to be before the fix. Called them and they said when they fixed it there was no leak otherwise they wouldn’t be able to refill it and maybe a rock might have hit the compressor and damaged it. Wow what are the chances. Anyway, this is my second car before that was my Fiat 500 and same thing happened. Went to a different place and I had no issue with A/C till I sold it.

Very bad experience. I called to book an appointment for an oil change the same day, we agreed on a time to drop the car and when I showed up they said they don't have availability any longer same day that it was too late... instead of apologize and trying to find a solution they were just repeating that it was too late and they were expecting an earlier drop (despite our phone conversation).They were still having more than 4 hours of work the same day, and I offered to let the car and pick it up the next day, although they were still totally lost and not finding any solution, for a simple oil change...

The team here is out of the ordinary. Antonio was just awesome to deal with. Very trustworthy, adept at anticipating my needs and knowledgeable. I was in a pinch and they came through. Price was less than I thought it was going to be, the work was done faster than I thought it was going to be and I left knowing my car was taken care of and safe. It feels great and I feel great! Thanks again guys!

Always have a great experience at this Midas location. I know nothing about cars, and the owner and mechanics there were more than happy to take the time to show me how to provide basic maintenance and check my fluid levels. Super friendly folks that work here and I’m happy to give them my business!

I have been regularly impressed with the fantastic service I receive at this Midas location. They take great care in following up, providing updates and thoughtfully recommending repair options. Today they even parked me in the shade so my car wouldn’t be too hot.Special shoutout to Nathan who is always impeccable in his service!

The guy said he had to put the same brand as my other tires on.. truth is I just needed the right size.. and a tire replaced. I'm pretty sure you can give a quotefor a tire exchange overthe phone.. I csn appreciate an inspection.. which I wasn't given a price for that either.
