I had a new roof installed by another company 8 years ago. Recently a wind storm produced a huge micro burst and blew off sheets of shingles. We couldn't reach the original contractor,We called asked for a few estimates some outrageous, some wanting to sell work we did not want nor need.Then we called Arnold.Arnold showed up on time looked at the roof and explained what happened,, the person did not nail down the shingles correctly

We just wanted a small gutter repair job, Arnold found some huge problems on our roof and was able to make room in his schedule to do the repairs while we had rain all the time!He was fast and very reasonable with his prices.

Childish - mistakenly message the individual who I had asked for a quote, “Thank you for the quote...looks good. I would like to meet with you to discuss some details further if possible.” This apparently is not okay in this line of work because when I clarified my mistake he was no longer willing to provide me with a quote. I guess AC Roofers don’t want you seeing what others charge.Shady business.

Arnold cleaned the gutters and secured all the gutter hangers and the downpipe. He had everything done quickly and did a good job cleaning up when he finished. I would like to hire him again.
