The food quality and freshness is as you expect from subway. But the employees making the sandwiches had no care when making them. They poorly distributed ingredients and got upset when asked to fix them. The meat and cheeses were thrown on haphazardly and took away from how Much I normal enjoy subway. This place could do better.

Terrible food and service. Feel bad for the young girls that work there, they try to help but the man I take to be the manager does not care. The chicken was swimming in what I thought was sauce turned out to be water when i got my sub and half the bun was too soggy to eat. Litteraly throws your food together. Could not finish it.

All the staff here are very friendly and professional. They always have made my sub exactly they way l ask. Would highly recommend this Subway in Renfrew.

What a treat! Trusha helped me out with my order today. This wonderful person made me the best chopped salad I've had in years from a Subway and didn't argue with me about whether or not she was allowed to make it bite sized for my take out meal. I always thought it was ridiculous some other subway now won't do this logical step when you're trying to eat damn greens on the road! She was friendly, kind, patient, and assured me it was no problem at all! Been a long time I since I've had such great service in a subway. Thank you so much Trusha, what amazing customer service skills!

Like any subway, it’s important to go right in to the place to see your meal prepared. Though I’ve found many subways have decent sub making skills, this particular location sucks at quality or keeping the customer happy. A few times I’ve found green peppers and seeing as I’m highly allergic, I had to stop going. But this wasn’t my only problem you see they were stealing cookies from me. I always order two cookies and most of the time they were in the bag but it wasvwhen it was brought home sometimes there would be either one or both missing. I asked them to reimburse me but they always denied it. I find that the men working there would give me creepy looks and didn’t treat me with respect. From what I gathered from a former employee, they treated women like dirt. Overall, would not spend my own money here and would have to go in to make sure I don’t get green peppers hidden in my sub.
