Avoid these crooks and buy private. Not only will you save 1000s on the price and avoid paying gst but you will get a 1 owner car that has been properly maintained. 2 out of 2 cars purchased here had numerous problems within the first couple months. These people are awful. The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. They told me my car has a bunch of options that it didn't, when I contacted them about it they belittled me and tried to call me a liar. I regret purchasing my vehicle through them every single day.

Do not buy off of these guys, very high pressure sales and once you've signed you're on your own! I've found safety issues as well as leaking base pan plug. The worse experience with a car dealer I've ever had

They were very pushy wanting me to finance a vehicle when I clearly told them numerous times I did not want to do that. I put a deposit on a car they said was 100% refundable and they told me I cant get my money back. My boyfriend got a truck from there and had issues right when we got home, he called them and they just didn't answer. 10/10 do not reccomend this dealership.9

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The salesperson made us purchase the additional warranty promising we could get it refunded. Years later we try to get it refunded and we were lied to by the Go Auto salesman and the finance department and now we cant get ahold of either one. They were terrible to deal with during the buying process and just as bad after the fact. We have purchased our other vehicles elsewhere and will continue to do so. Very upset with them and ourselves for doing business with these liars. Do not buy from them, you can get a better deal and more quality somewhere else.

This was the absolute worst experience of my life. I originally tried to get this vehicle in Edmonton but it wasn’t available so I asked for it to be shipped to Edmonton (45mins away) but since they knew I was interested in it they refused to. They NEEDED me to go there to Leduc for the sale. Fine I did. When I got there to test drive (appointment made), it wasn’t on the lot they loaned it out. I was told they would come to my place so I could test drive for the inconvenience, that didn’t happen, I had to go back there again, fine so I purchased it, there were a few scratches on the front end I wanted repaired along with the go auto logo decal removed. I was told it would be 3 days and they would bring me the vehicle….. 3 weeks later after countless calls and emails and texts saying I would get my vehicle “tomorrow”, “Monday”, “tomorrow”, I finally got it back. The decal was not remove which was what I asked for originally, so i asked when will this happen since i already waited 3 weeks to get it (400km put on it since i purchased by dealership) he said oh sorry I’ll come by on Monday. It’s been 4Months, I’ve called, texted and emailed, they refuse to get back to me. Obviously removing this decal is easy and I’ll do it myself but that’s not the point, I waited 3 weeks to get my vehicle which was supposed to be 3 days and when i finally did get it, the one thing I asked for wasn’t done. They want a sale, care nothing about their customers. Shocker, never again with Go Auto ESPECIALLY Go Auto Leduc.

When you need a vehicle ASAD MAHMOOD (Goauto south, Leduc) is the man to see. His quiet, cool & confident demeanor couple with his detailed knowledge of the vehicles they have was very impressive.I had my doubts based on credit, debt ratio, etc. but Asad looked at me and said we have an amazing team and we'll get you approved".True to his words

This company is a joke. I would never buy any vehicle from this company. The sales guys will tell you anything just to sell you a vehicle. They promised me a vehicle for a test drive and it was sold BEFORE i could even test drive it. And to top if off they never informed me that they sold the vehicle and i drove out there for nothing. If they lie about stuff like that then how can you even trust them that they check the vehicle over properly? This company does not care about quality it just cares about quantity. Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else.

One of worst car dealer I ever visited,go auto already closed numourus locations this will also closes soon... if they won't improve their customer service and negotiation skills .sales person raises their voice with guests and managers (both) lakh of management skills they support their staff filthy language ,I don't know why the senior management is not taking any corrective measures to improve the service ....after so many complaints. Every soon we able to witness the fall of go auto.
