When dealing with Jessie after my mother passed away, he was very genuine, empathetic, knowledgeable and absolutely NOT pushy in any way. Never having had to deal with arrangements of these sorts, I was very happy with the way Jessie dealt with explaining everything to us. It was a very difficult time for my dad and I and Jessie made it so much easier to get things accomplished. I very much appreciate his work ethic and professionalism! Thank you :)

Our Funeral Director Gabrielle Toth was outstanding and should be commended for her professionalism and compassion in our time of need. She has a unique gift to listen and explain things slowly and clearly and with a sensitivity to the grief experienced by the family. The whole team at Forest Lawn were absolutely supportive and caring and it made what was a most difficult ordeal a little easier to deal with because of their professionalism, attention to detail, compassion and kindness. The funeral director, Christopher Farley, helped us through the entire process of planning the visitation and funeral. He took the time to listen to all our requests and ensured they were carried out seamlessly. His caring presence and professionalism at the visitation and funeral service gave us comfort, knowing that we could trust him to take care of every detail so as to create a memorable experience for our family and friends. The overall experience was very special for us. Everything went very smoothly considering the sad circumstances. Forest Lawn provided the utmost care for our Dad. A couple very special moments were especially when Greg and Ilish offered to assist my Mom ( a hairstylist) to give my beloved Dad his very last haircut. Also we appreciate the care taken to assist with ensuring we could play some of my Dad’s favourite songs during the visitation and funeral services. Special thanks also to Sandy that gave us so much input and guidance with choosing my Dad’s last resting place. Tenaya and Rebecca were outstanding. They came over to pick up all the items I wanted at the service.And even returned everything after the service . Tenaya responded immediately to many questions I had. She texted me even on her day off and out of work hours. She contacted Rebecca when she wasn't at work several times to adhere to my requests or concerns.Tenaya went above and beyond for me. She never used the word no, she always tried her best to accommodate me. Tenaya and Rebecca worked very hard on the obituary page and with the video. Everything turned out perfectly.Tenaya is a true gem.I consider her a friend for life. She is one of a kind, extremely empathetic, detailed, compassionate, hard working, and dedicated to her job. I was extremely happy with the services that I received and I will gladly recommend Forest Lawn to other family members and friends when the need arises. Thank you❤️
