Thanks to our primary sales person in Sleep Country (Taunton East, Oshawa), MARK, who helped us with choosing the right pillows for me and my husband. And not only that... MARK helped us choose and recommended a king bed for us in consideration to our needs. We bought a demo bed but not cheap. There was a tear on the bottom of the bed when it was delivered to us yesterday (2-22-2022). Today with the help of Mark, the bed is going to be replaced with a brand new bed. Mark is so helpful, understanding & knowledgeable in what he does. Very easy to deal with. We have no regrets in shopping at Sleep Country. Thank you so much, Mark & Sleep Country.

My husband and I have been purchasing all our families bedroom needs at Sleep Country for 25 years. Our recent purchase was a king size bed and box spring set at the Oshawa location Taunton road.I would like to stress the service in store was amazing as it always has been. Within a month of sleeping on the mattress it developed a dip in the middle area, causing a lot of back aches. It took us several weeks to have a customer service rep get back to us and tell us how to proceed. We sent pics as requested which was a whole other level of frustration as we kept on being told the pics were not good enough. Phone after phone call several emails we finally were told they will honor the 100 day guarantee we just need to pay 65$ for a new one. Like my husband said it's not the fact of the money it's the horrible service dealing with something that is clearly defected. I seriously want to be contacted when this mattress gets back to the warehouse and they see with there own eyes the defects. I can no longer recommend Sleep Country as I have for years and now well be telling my son and new wife to shop around. This has been the most frustrating experience and I certainly don't want to see anyone else go through this.L. Baker

Last week I had a terrible costumer service over the phone with Mark super rude does not say hello. He treats you according to what you are going to buy, it made me feel very bad, He hung up on me. He has no idea how to be a good customer service. If you don't want to have stress don't go to sleep country oshawa at Tauton and Harmony.I bought a sprint box at Ajax sleep country.

AMAZING SERVICE! I visited this location to purchase an adjustable electronic bed for my father and I had such an amazing experience with MARK. He was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly and reassured me how the process works, which bedwould suit my fathers needs and answered all my questions without a doubt. I am very thankful for Mark and his 10/10 service that he provided.I would also like to mention RYAN + another individual that delivered + set up the bed were very friendly, assured us that they would contact the warehouse right away and get anything that needed to be fixed. They wore shoe covers to make sure there was no mess inside the house and cleared all garbage.I am so happy with the service + my purchase. Thank you so much!

I usually come to this location for all my mattress needs and so does my family. What I didn't appreciate very much was when I went to do an exchange because my mattress ripped in half the gentleman that I had who didn't even tell me his name treated me very short and he was what seemed very offended that I didn't want to get a floor model of a different mattress. When I told him I just would like the same model I already had he just said fine and walked away didn't speak to me after that and I was looking to get a different box spring and new pillows but all he asked was my address and told me the day it will be delivered to me, not even what time it would be, then that was it. I work in the customer service industry and I know you have to make sales but what he did was absolutely awful and very rude.

You spend 1/3 of your whole life sleeping, so why settle for a subpar mattress when sleep is so important to one's wellbeing?I came back in after receiving a quote in store previously as I had a few questions I wanted answered; Mark easily addressed all of my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the mattress, base, and extended warranty while explaining it in an enthusiastic and easy to understand manner. His customer service skills are top notch.He even managed to get it delivered 2 days after I purchased when originally I had expected to wait over a week.Overall, I left the store confident and reassured in my purchase.Ask for Mark, you won't regret it.

I bought a mattress and a very expensive pillow that says its also cooling. The pillow is not cooling by any means which is why I bought a 300.00 dollar cooling pillow. The mattress is way to hard which I wanted a soft mattress but I can return the mattress, I also bought a protective cover for the mattress and had one for the pillow but no one told me that the pillow could not be returned even thou I had a protective cover on it also . That's three hundred dollars down the drain. Which if your a pensioner you know 300.00 dollars is alot of money to just throw away. Im not happy at all with sleep country.

My first impression of the store upon walking in was very positive as it was a busy place. We were greeted by Valentina after we had enough time to breathe and get into the store. Her timing and approach were perfect. I gave her enough info at the beginning so she knew about my needs and ahe asked all the right questions to suggest appropriate mattresses. It didn't take long for her to find the right mattress to fit our budget. A very professional friendly environment that I experienced last year brought me back for another purchase. What a wonderful experience! I have had chronic back pain for over 10 years and every bed we had owned never gave me a good night sleep. Craig here offered us several options, great price ranges within our budget and now I’m able to sleep comfortably and minimizing back pain!Craig was so kind to my 2 little children. I can’t thank Craig enough!
