My experience at Magnolia House yesterday was fantastic. My pedicure was really nice, and the attention to detail for my nail care was top notch. Additionally, the spa felt clean and they had great health and safety standards in place. It made me feel comfortable especially during this crazy time! Would return in a heartbeat.

Let me tell you about this beautiful spa.Not only were the staff so sweet but the owner Brianne is one of the most humble, sweetest, hardworking women I have had the privilege of meeting.My luxury pedicure was so relaxing and the company/conversations, with other women getting services done, all felt the same way.Brianne made sure to accommodate all her guests, including personally doing my pedicure. Now THAT’s an incredible owner.This spa is so busy that all hands are on deck at all times. So my compliments to these hardworking ladies.Make sure you book an appointment …. It’s WELL worth the wait, and just an overall fantastic experience.

The team is attentive, professional, efficient and goes out of their way to make you feel at home and valued. Hands down the best experience! They have also worked diligently through the last Couple of Covid years in order to follow the provincial guidelines and ensure everyone is safe. Thank you for looking after us!

This was my first time at a spa. I had a relaxing head massage. It was amazing, exactly what is promised and more! I already booked a 2nd appointment in a month from now. The spa is very warm and comforting. There is gently music piped throughout. Everyone was friendly and there was a gentle quiet, exactly what I was looking for to relax. Great job!

The experience was good ,But I was disappointed in the quality of shellac for my fingernails, I had my nails done on Friday for my Vacation to Jamaica on Sunday , But unfortunately Sunday morning before leaving I noticed the polish was already chipped so I am totally disappointed that I paid extra money for shellac so that it would last ! Will likely not return for manicure!

I've been going to Magnolia for years. 10+ and have nothing but fabulous things to say. Ive had many services done from massage to facial, mani and pedis and sugaring and always very pleased. The staff are friendly, appointments are always on time and they never rush you. It's always perfectly clean and they are great with booking last minute appointments :)

From all the reviews i had to check this place out. I have to say I wasnt too wowed. I got a signature facial which i was not given a skin analysis, neither extractions or a walk through of what i was being put on my skin. I have had tons of facials at low and high end spas and here i was left empty with no knowledge and no extractions.I was surprised I wasnt given a product sale pitch after my service as usually after a facial there is a sale on products used and such.The front staff is not trained at services and what they each include. This is very important for running a business…They have lots of retail stuff for sale but nobody knows how to sale.

I tried to request an appointment 10 days prior to a beach getaway and they couldn't accommodate me even though I said any evening would work and some days I could get even get there as early as 4pm, I even suggested splitting the services I wanted done as well as making myself available on a Monday morning. I was told they were completely booked because there aren't enough people and I didn't feel there was much effort in trying to accommodate me. This is disappointing as I have a gift certificate from there for a pretty large sum but now I'll have pay more money to have my services done elsewhere in time for my trip. This must mean that it's popular which is great, so maybe hire more staff?

I felt like the service I received was very unprofessional. For example, I asked the hair stylist to thin my hair out more, and she responded condescendingly with that's what I did." I said "more" so I know that's what you did. I think that it's fair for a client to provide feedback on what she's looking for especially if she's never worked with the stylist before.She also told me that she couldn't get my hair the way I wanted but will see what she can do to clean up the ends. I've had the same haircut for over 15 years so I know what I wanted was doable. I would have appreciated if she just said that she couldn't and didn't take me on as a client.There are so many different types of hair out there and so many different types of hair styles. Not every stylist can be a specialist in every type. Some stylists receive feedback very well
