Delish Gluten Free Bakery
I've never seen so many gluten free baked good options!! My family isn't gluten free but I am, and they loved everything. We tried cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon buns, sticky bun, pizza bun and donuts. They were all good. This was our first visit and I'll definitely be back!

Delish Gluten Free Bakery
Was super excited to visit another GF bakery in Coquitlam. I went on Saturday (went they have donuts) however came too late and all the Vegan donuts were already sold out. So tip go early on Saturdays! I bought their white bread which is amazing with bruschetta! The bread however did not have the ingredients listed on the packaging. I would have given 5 stars for this bread however also bought their oreo cookie and found it was quite hard and the creme instead was not super cremy. However with a good cup of coffee it was great.Finally had the chance to visit on a Saturday to try the donuts - had the vegan black forest donut. Incredible! The sweetness was just right and it was super fluffy for being gluten free.

The best gluten-free tasting food you will find by far in Western Canada! Delicious treats and savory items and constantly adding new things to the menu. Try the cinnamon buns, and their muffins are huge! All day sausage breakfast sandwich is SO DELISH on an everything bagel! So good!!!!

Delicious assortment of vegan options and gluten free baked goods in Poco! Parking is easy. Vegan oreos are delicious! Buns, cookies, loafs, cupcakes, squares, and scones are all good! Simple ingredients, delivery available. Sweet and savory options. Pizza dough to go is also great!

Picked up a cake for my daughter that her boyfriend arraigned for a celebration. It was absolutely delicious. A small cake offered many more servings than we required. Will definitely order from you in the fiture.

Delish Gluten Free Bakery
Some of the best gluten free baked goods I've had in the 2 years since my daughter's celiac diagnosis. The cinnamon mini donuts taste like fair-style ones, but are much bigger (so good!). I couldn't really tell they were GF. The texture on the pizza bun and croissant are what you'd expect from GF, but still tasty. The croissant was buttery and surprisingly flakey.

So happy we found out about the Victoria pop up. The croissants were delicious on their own and as a breakfast sandwich. We all enjoyed the dipped donuts- even the family members who are GF. So yummy!

Delish Gluten Free Bakery
Made the long drive out to Delish after securing a Too Good To Go surprise bag. I usually like to purchase additional goods from TGTG businesses and funny enough, I ended up buying the same products in my bag! The vegan pumpkin muffin was delectable, the texture was chewy like mochi and the flavor was nutty! I wish I had bought more. The vegan ginger cookie was also great, earthy, sweet and salty. The TGTG bag came with 2 jumbo sized cookies, larger than the single cookie I purchased. The bag also came with a single lemon loaf piece and an Anderssen's flax roll.The bakery is in an odd area that's best accessible by car and does have a few designated parking spots out front. Hope to return in the future for their excellent muffins and cookies! They also have a small pantry and freezer section of GF goods.
