Poor experience with this branch most of the time.. just went there to set up a pre-authorized payroll deposit for my employee and I have been told on face that our staff is not trained to do it and we can't help at all, without even tryin. Being an ex-banker, I know there is a back-end support system where they could have called and someone would have helped them out and next time they wouldn't have to send clients away.I went to the Trinity Commons branch and they figured it out in 10 minutes. Poor staff attitude towards helping clients. Hope the management takes notice of it!

Td posted 7days open but sunday they posted closed when reach to the branch. You’ll be surprise, so dont waste your time to come sunday onto this location. They are managing their own time. This td looks no more 7days, i think td should remove the sign

I applied for a HELOC at this branch, and day before closing, the lady Financial Advisor asked me to e-sign some documents again, though I have done this previously prior to approval. When I ask the lady FA why - she can’t give me a straight answer and just said the branch requires me to e-sign. As I reviewed the document, I was caught off guard that this branch have changed my monthly payment (significantly higher than what I originally agreed upon and signed up for) when I escalated to the Manager, she said that they might honour the original rate and they will call me back. Come closing date, no one from the branch called or emailed - now I’m stuck with a HIGHER interest rate. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & POOR MANAGEMENT. No wonder this branch have the lowest rating on this platform. Folks, avoid this branch as possible and go to a bigger & better TD branch who knows what they are doing

Long lineup and 2 counter serving and one person take atleast 10-15 min so you can imagine how long it takes for person waiting at number 10. Also when I ask them to open the counter then I got reply that you can go to any other branch. That much rude they are.Td service going down day by day

Worst experience ever.. lady ( Inderbir) on front desk 0 manners. No communication skills. Who hired her…..????????but Branch Manager Sarah is really good person & professional.

O stars if possible. Two ladies at the reception are rude and racist. One of them is brown but do not behave nicely with browns. She is nice to other communities or people who shout at her to demand respect and politeness.Called them multiple times to ask about my credit card but reaching to them is a pain. Either they don't pick up calls or hang up when pick up.I was there yesterday 6th July 2023 in person when the reception thing happened and do not even ask about how long I've been trying to reach them on call.

Small Business Advisors are soooo much busy that they don't even bother to call back for last 2 weeks. Made calls to about 8 different branches, Call center. Appointments requested, but it all went to deaf either dead people. Looks like time to close all accounts with TD and move to other bank which has quick response and good customer services.

Had an appointment with Brandon today. He is one of the best in there. I have visited him before as well and he's always best. Thank you...
