Every visit is delightful with their welcoming and professional customer service. I’ve been buying rackets here and I love their wide selection of badminton gears, equipment, and accessories. They’re definitely a gem in the badminton community.

I was working in Markham for an event and came from Cambridge. I couldn't leave the event due to the nature of my job. I needed an old racket strung and a new racket (well...didn't NEED it xD). The issue was I needed it done my the time I finished work and couldn't drive to a shop to drop off my racket.I contacted the shop and the owner was very accommodating. This guy drove to my event to pick up my racket so he could bring it before I finished work! Mind you, the event was rather close to his shop but the fact that he was willing to go out of his way to make a sale definitely demonstrates his sincere attitude towards great customer service. Owner was very friendly and I was able to return back to Cambridge in time to play badminton with my racket. Thank you!I would definitely recommend this shop. It is a bit tough to find though. This shop is a floor above the T & T supermarket down the middle aisle when you go up the escalator.

The owner is so nice! I'm pretty sure he knows his products well enough to help everyone, doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a master. I played badminton for more than 10 years, still got lots good advices from him.just fell in love with racquets lol. pic below is the Racquet we got that day!
