The food was soggy, and had a weird taste. Have not had it in a long time and was not impressed. Staff was nice enough but I pre-ordered and received my order after the walk-in patrons. Why pre-order to wait longer ? Renovated location so it looked new and looked clean.

Have been going here for years took a break because the food quality decreased drastically. Oily, cold and always seem to be missing something. We are a family of 4 with medium size orders.Had my final straw this last visit. After forgetting gravy, fries and sending the incorrect drink I called the store and the manager said he would replace with 2 combo with gravy for free. Went to get the new meals tonight and he said he had no idea what I was talking about.It's bad enough you pay for a meal and get home to find the food is messed up but then to tell me to go back and make me feel like I'm the one that is wrong and refuse is appalling. Word of advise train your employees, take accountability and if you cannt track your complaints provide coupons or vouchers. If I could would give 0 star rating.

Ordered thru Uber Eats tonight for the buy a bucket get one free. Ordered the 6 piece and ended up with 26 pieces of chicken. Thanks for the food after a terrible day at work! (5 pieces missing)

Worst chicken EVER!!!! all dried out it was awful! Phoned to complain and they wanted photo evidence lol! Come back the chickens fresh now because its the busy hours!!! So they sell dried out chicken at 5.30????? Manage was very rude.....did you take pictures!

I’ve been going to this location for years. Today was the worst interaction I have ever had. I ordered a 14pcs bucket. Costs $50. Asked for some ketchup and honey mustard sauce. They told me that they only give it for tenders and popcorn chicken, and that I’ve got to pay $0.32 each. I’ve gotten the same thing several times within the last couple months, here and at other locations, and never had to pay anything for sauces. When I told the employee, she was being rude and obnoxious. I asked for the manager to make a complaint about the sauces so they can change the policy by speaking with corporate or whatever. She was absolutely horrible. She was so rude, disrespectful, and in denial. Overall the worst fast food experience I’ve had in the last 10 years of going to this place. Finally time to give them the review they deserve.

Honestly. I haven't been there in a LONG time. Have to say, the pieces were actually large, and food was hot. Service was great. Atmosphere got a 3 star because the tables were dirty.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting food! I never order KFC but their Cyber Monday 50% bucket was a good deal I thought. I waited 2.5 hrs for delivery. Both customer service and this location had user busy when you call. The 18 piece bucket was half burnt. The other half was so soggy and greasy it left a grease puddle in the bottom of the bucket. And the bucket smelled like burnt grease. We threw half of it in the garbage. The legs look half eaten but that is what it came like. Never again!!

Great food, big parking lot but the girls behind the cash seemed inattentive. I would recommend using the drive thru at this location.
