My elderly mums roof was leaking over night, no answer from insurance home emergency line so called this company who came over in the morning and fixed it totally free of charge…when most companies are out for a quick penny this is just so kind and the problem is solved.

One or two other companies said my gutters were not repairable would need complete replacement. I found local man Mike who came out and said they were not a problem to repair and knew where to get the spare parts, which he did, and as soon as the weather held, he came and repaired them. A quick job which saved me hundreds. Thank you Mike. I have kept your number to pass on/recommend.

I am not usually leave reviews but I am more than happy to do that now. Firstly I was impressed with the booking system M Pearson is using. You do not just get a promise when they will come and give you a quote. You can see their availability online in a diary and choose a suitable time and day for you. After that you will receive a confirmation SMS, remainder and an email. He was very exact with the time. He was with me on Tuesday and he said he will provide me with a quote by the end of the week. I had previous experience with another company that I am still waiting for a quote after nearly 3 months. So M Pearson provided the quote by Friday, as promised, very correct service. The quote was very reasonable, and you can see every material they are using in the quote, along with the labour and all additional costs so you can make a right judgement and take informative decision.The roofers Dean and Marcel was very professional and done a brilliant job, clean and neat. Very keen to detail. I don't think my roof will suffer any issues in the next 10 years or so. The most important, they are NFRC registered, so it's another piece of mind. I already recommended them to my neighbours and some friends in the same area.

Mike came out and done some work for me at a property in Rainham. He put in a vertical flue for me and done such a good job. He came out of he’s way to help me on the day because someone else had let me down! Being a tradesmen myself it’s always good to have other trades around you! Thanks again Mike! James
