Loved my experience with Kathy B for laser hair removal. Professional and courteous she was diligent and ensured multiple times that she hadn't missed any areas.While I am still waiting to see the results of my session I am also very pleased with their price point. I will definitely be looking at their other spa services as well!

Definitely not going there again!!! I spent a lot of money ($800plus). I removed the extensions one month later because of all of the bad feedback. I asked to be reimbursed because of the poor choice in colour matching but I was refused. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed!! Customer satisfaction is very important and it should be honoured especially if you are the owner !!!!!
