First time I have ever visited this store was last week, to buy some wood for a wall cabinet I'm repairing. The gentleman in the wood section, was kind and helpful. I will definitely return. They have a variety of stuff in this store, for all your building needs and more.

Poor shopping experience. They have the material in stock but they can't access it until Monday. Pushy and inattentive employees. Difficult to park a car with a trailer.

Can't return a product once you try it, even if it doesn't work for you. I bought glue remover that didn't work, they didn't even let me exchange. I read the exception rules on the board by the entrance, it didn't apply to the product that I purchased. No clear on the information on receipt either. They said exception is discretion to the store even though it's not stated anywhere during your purchase. What???? That's not at all honest to customer. Wasted $20 on a product that doesn't work. Wouldn't buy anything from here again. Highlt not recommend. Better go with home depot, they have much nicer return and exchange policy, even for packages that open. For female and people who do not know much about Handy jobs, I would go to home depot, stay away from store like this. You can try out products to know what works and what doesn't work. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Thank you to PJ and the two young men who delivered and unloaded the drywall to West Ave. this afternoon. They were cheerful, friendly and obviously cared about doing their jobs well.We are a 60 something couple doing renovations and while we are quite capable moving 43 sheets of drywall would have been a massive chore.Well done Rona.
