We purchased two mini-sofas from Markham Furniture earlier this year. Beautiful quality pieces that we are quite happy with. However, unfortunately, after a couple of months there was a small problem with the fabric. Joseph responded to our call very quickly and came out to our home to inspect the sofas. It was determined that it was a manufacturers defect in the fabric. Markham Furniture then offered to pick-up the two sofas, return them to their factory and completely re-upholster them with a similar fabric of our choice. All at no cost to us. There was no argument, no hassle. Just a sincere apology for the inconvenience. Markham delivered our new" sofas yesterday

My husband and I ordered a custom sofa from Markham Furniture in mid December. Today it was delivered.From deciding on which sofa to order, to the fabric decision, and all of the little specifications in between, every little thing was attended to. Completely smooth process. The owner and his son (Bill and Joseph) were friendly,professional and a pleasure to deal with.But what about the sofa, you may wonder. Well, it is perfect! What we wanted, that's what we got. And it is also quality construction- built the old-fashioned, tried-and-true way with the web and coil springs. Quality costs a bit more, but quality lasts a whole lot longer. And real wood furniture is better for your health,also. With a lot of stores selling imported, and/or low-quality furniture made of less than ideal materials, you sometimes have no idea what you are truly buying. A lot of people can't smell the odors leaching out of their furniture, but those odors are there,regardless. And that is just not good for you. We wanted quality, with no bad surprises. I had an aunt who, when I was young, schooled me about Buy quality." And that is just what we did

Family run business by 2 brothers who are among the most patient, professional and accommodating gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.We commissioned Markham Furniture to build a custom wing chair with a very exact and particular vision in mind. They delivered on that vision flawlessly. Precision workmanship and built to last with excellent materials, I expect this chair will stand the test of time to be able to be passed on through generations.Thanks guys!

The experience was great working with Markham Furniture. We spent quite some time determining the right sectional for our home. They were very patient, built it to the way we wanted, while providing their recommendations for a perfect sofa. The construction is great, close attention to detail and absolutely comfortable. They came over to verify dimensions and built it to just fit through our stairwell. End result: Great quality, well built and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. Comfortable and trustworthy company and family to work with for furniture.
