As a customer, when you visit a licensed professional, you expect a good customer service, I didn't said excelent, just GOOD, but this public notary was rude and unprofessional, he didn't even tried to understand or help with my documents. It wasn't my fault that the registry minimized my signature in my driver's license, and I was surprised because he didn't try to get more resources to validate my signature. I looked for a second public notary, and I didn't have any issues to get my ID validated. I definitely would not recommend this person.
