Mr Fireplace

They sold me a three sided gas fireplace three years ago. Today they gave free service on a battery issue. They stood behind product. Thanks guys.

Mr. Fireplace sold us the wrong pieces for over $1000 and refused to take responsibility for it. The owners response was to scream into the phone. I would not recommend this ripoff business. Very unprofessional

As we are finalizing the details of a new build, we stopped in at Mr Fireplace on Thursday 4:30 to have a look at what is offered. We were very impressed with the staff, the product, the knowledge and the time taken to accommodate our questions and concerns. Both of us are from the service industry and understand what it takes to be a great salesperson, Andrew was our guy, He sold us on 3 exceptional options, now we just have to decide which best fits our needs and desires. We were having a lot of cold draft coming in from our 17 year old gas fireplace. We phoned Mr. Fireplace in Red Deer( who had not sold us this unit) looking for an insulated add-on accessory to block the cold. Andrew was so helpful and knowledgeable suggesting that there must be some other issue that could be causing the drafty fireplace. After some lengthy calls and videos to him, we discovered that a seal around the glass was not seated correctly. We were able to fix the problem ourselves with Andrew’s assistance and patience. He was adamant that he wouldn’t take any payment for his time and expertise. That kind of service speaks for itself. Outstanding!

We just purchased a Quadrafire 5700 Wood Stove through Lesley at Mr. Fireplace in Red Deer. She did not have the stove in stock at the time but pulled out all stops to get one in for us in record time. She also went out of her way to accommodate us on delivery to match our pick up time. What excellent service. In future we will definitely shop with them again.

I literally had no idea what I wanted or to do with my livingroom! I knew I wanted a fireplace.. but what style? What size? What price? I walked in and Instantly had help right away .. staff answered all the questions plus more! Made me feel comfortable when I had no idea what I was doing.. staff went over and above for me and also got a really good deal.. and also go a check up call to see how everything was!!! 10/10

Recently purchased a home with a gas fireplace. Upon move in I requested a technician to come in and inspect and do a cleaning of the fireplace prior to Winter. The turnaround time for the service call was fast and the team was highly responsive and courteous over the phone. The technician was prompt, professional and exceeded my expectations doing a thorough inspection and full clean. The team has been great with any additional follow up questions I have about the product and possible additional products and services for my home. Highly recommend. A++

We bought a quadrafire woodstove from them. Installation went smooth and everything was fine. At some point, when high winds came up around our house, we had smoke pushed back inside the living room and all fire alarms go off. I've had lots of conversations with the staff and finally, Andrew came out here to check everything and whether we do everything right. It turned out, that we needed 18'' more of chimney pipe which was installed for material cost only. No question that we and the cat are very happy with our woodstove now, that the wind problem has been solved by Andrew and his team. Good job, thank you very much and we will contact you soon again to quote us for a gas fireplace in the basement.

Bought the fireplace from Mr. Fireplace approx 4 years ago. Like the fireplace just fine.Tried to get it serviced 2 months ago- stayed home from work, but service man doesn't call for 1 hour that he will be late. Later calls and now won't be coming.Re-book an appointment last week for today, no one shows, they don't have record, of us even calling to book. Disorganization and confusion.So today's NON" appointment has cost $70 in lost wages and nobody has even walked in the door.Very frustrated. I would call the owners if I could."

I had to get a fan blower for our gas fireplace, I could have ordered on Amazon but decided to Support Local". Andrew was super helpful in helping me determine what I needed and even giving some pointers on the installation (I did this myself). Fair pricing
