Velofix assembled my bike and then recently did some recall work and a tune up. So impressed with the quality of work and friendly service. Plus, it really can’t get any easier than having them come to my house to service the bike. Would 100% recommend.

I am an eRacer and put in about 15,000km on my bike per year. Keeping my bike in top condition is a priority and I fully rely on Sean and Velofix to take care of things. I book online, Sean shows up, goes over every single detail, replaces, fixes, etc and then ensures my bike it back on the trainer perfectly indexed. Outstanding service!!!

Having Velofix do a bicycle tune-up was a great experience. Sean did a great job and was very nice, and having Velofix come to me was so much easier than lugging the bike to the shop. Would definitely recommend and use Velofix again.

2nd time using Sean and he was right on time and went over all the details of my new bike and made sure I was properly set up and happy with everything. Great service! I had three bikes serviced by Sean and all are like new again. If I had brought them into the bike shop, I would have been 2-3 weeks without the bikes. With velofix, I could schedule the appointment and still ride in the meantime. Going forward, I would not even consider another option!

Sean showed up 10min early to deliver my brand new ebike today!!! He took me through everything on the bike to get me ready for riding! I am excited to start using them to service my bike from here on out! Super knowledgeable and super friendly. I love the convenience of them coming to me also and I love the amount of care they put into peoples bikes that other shops typically don’t put time into. Thank You Sean and the Velofix QEW Fam!!!! The bike looks rad and I’m stoked to get out there!!!
