1 - I was called little lady" by one of the men who worked there which was creepy and weird.2 - Took my new used car in to get an interior detail. There was some exterior body work my husband did on the car to cure the rust and there was a sealant that was still curing. I never asked them to clean the outside but they did it anyways so now that has to be redone.3 - With the interior I looked it over quick when I got my car back and thought it was fine

Recently got a nano ceramic film tint on my 2016 Corvette and I was very satisfied with their work! I decided to go with a 55% tint to avoid any possibility of having to deal with a fix-it ticket. I maybe could have went with a darker tint but this is what I ended up deciding to do. I would definitely recommend them for this kind of work and I would be likely to come back again for other detailing work possibly in the future.

I've had this location tint 3 vehicles and all have turned out great. The staff is professional and have a ton of experience. Prices are great and the product quality is superb (no fading, even after several years of parking outside). I don't even bother shopping around anymore - every vehicle we get goes to Ziebart in Bloomington!

Ziebart has done good work on my car now for about 15 years. I've gotten the under body protection, ceramic paint protection, and interior fabric protection. (I also usually schedule an annual detailing.) They do great work! The business changed hands a few years ago. Ken is now manning the phones. He's a great guy to work with and I continue to be pleased with the quality of work and customer service!

have taken 3 cars here. scheduled to take a 4th this month. they do a fantastic job and have always honored any coupons or discounts for us since we are returning customers. quality work. better than another highly rated place which i won't name since my work does business with them. I had a window blown out and had to get it re done by the other place since it was an insurance claim and needed to be done at a certain time and the cut lines are noticeably uneven. all the other windows done by Ziebart are flawless though. highly recommend the Mpls location!

I drive from southern Missouri to Bloomington Minnesota (640 miles one way) to have my vehicle treated by Ziebart because Ziebart rustproofing is a smart investment. When you’re spending 35-100,000 dollars or more and plan to own the vehicle more than 2-3 years it’s money well spent. The warranty is the best. The staff is friendly and though.

I miss 2 touch up appointments cans they had no pry let me get the third. And he tried hard to get in for my warranty. Ken and his crew were very professional

Took My truck to get the windows tinted. They did a horrible job,cuts were unbelievable uneven cuts ,Crooked didn’t tuck the tint film behind window gasket, they didn’t even clean after themselves dried up solution all over dash and door panels. And to top it all off they cracked my windshield. Don’t recommend this place! Price to good to be true guess you get what you pay for.

Paid $400+ for exterior and interior detail of my car. It was all done in 5 hours. Exterior looked flawless but the interior was never touched. There was still salt under the floor mats. The cup holders weren't cleaned. The carpet in the trunk wasn't touched. Will be going elsewhere next time.
