This place needs a major renovation. Half the nights not working. Looks like the ceiling has had rain in it. Not looking too sanitary.

The other 2 locations in town are not only cleaner but they do things like actually cut up the chicken in the sandwhich(crispy chicken) and dont send you a 6 in place of a 12""

Not so great experience from a young lady working the counter. Ordered a meatball sub with onions and spinach. Got no onions and for some reason green peppers. Whatever. We will pick it off. As we are eating, fiancee's sub falls apart. I get up and wait in line our server" stares at me from the back for a good 2-3 minutes before the gentleman behind the counter tells her to ask me what's wrong. I ask for a fork so we can finish the sub. Her answer was "on what bread?" No a fork. After it gets cleared up she laughs and says spoon. Then she goes to the guy and continues laughing. we also find a small black hair in the remains of our sub. I have been coming here for 6 years. And this is going to be the last."

Food is good but the service is terrible. I shouldn't feel unwelcome and as though I'm intruding when I enter the store. The young lady barely said anything and started loudly throwing the trays into their slots while I was trying to order. She was difficult to work with. Maybe if management would help their employees create a happy environment, you would have happier employees which equals happy customers which equals more money. I'll drive the extra 2.2 kilometers to the other subway where I've always had great service.

The ladies were very helpful. I noticed an older male customer treat them with disdain and crueltyHe had white hair and white beard with a blue tooth in his ear and liked lots of veggies in his veggie sub if he didn't hear them the first time" Shameful behavior towards to young girls of a different nationality"

Rude woman who works there made us feel uncomfortable and my daughter complained the woman slammed her food on counter when my daughter forgot to ask for rice in her wrap.There have been other complaints about this same woman, why is she still there or has not changed her attitude ???!!!

Don't recommend. Workers show little care and zero respect. Microwaved my steak for 90 Seconds before toasting. i almost walked out.
