My a/c was on the outs, jeff and his team tired everything but unfortunately it had to replaced, I messaged Jeff in the morning, and they replaced it same day, very happy with the service I received, he also changed my sink taps and bathtub taps as they were leaking,

My Experience with Avenue living is good so far. I still remembered the day when I arrived in Regina Osama Jabbar helped me in getting settled there. I really love how they never respond to my messages and never call me back, I love wasting my time by always having to go down to the office or call back at another time!! Also my apartment has roaches!!! I love having cute little critters to welcome me when I come home!! And to solve that issue, they literally only put 3 sticky traps down and called it a day!! I don't know if they’re doing anything else for the roaches because they never followed up with me!! Its great!!

I'm sad to leave this amazing community and team since I could not find a suitable apartment at the end of my lease. Myles has always been responsive, helpful, and respectful. I never had any issues with the rent, utilities, or repairs. I would highly recommend Avenue Living to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I have a great experience with all the members of avenue living regina. Especially with Mr.Osama Jabbar he is such a nice and helpful guy. I am currently a lease holder of one of the property of avenue living named lookheart manor. They have such a fast and efficient problem solving team who will be there on just one call and within 15-20 minutes to help. And mr.ossama listen each and every solution any time any hour of the day. Enjoying living with avenue living.

I once lived in the Chateau Apartment.I would really like to thank my property manager Osama Jabbar for always being there to help me.I contacted him several times at strange hours or in the middle of the night, and he was always available.Everyone should rent from Avenue Living since they genuinely care about their tenant.
