It feels criminal that waste disposal is so expensive and private and the lady at the counter had a terrible attitude. I was being friendly and trying to make a joke. She was so dismissive that it was rude.

The employees are absolutely unprofessional. The way the drivers speak to people isnt appropriate. I was assisting a woman with a disability and told me to leave in a condescending way, after explaining it to the inbred driver he still didn't care. You probably work at a dump for a reason with that terrible attitude.

The blonde in the front desk is not a good choice to be running the pay desk ignorant miserable thing … other then her unpleasant encounters at the desk it’s a great place to get ride if any garbage you have all done by weight slightly expensive but it’s not the money for me it’s her negative vibe plus she had a angry smirf on her computer like really that’s who’s face is the for front of your business someone call HR

Pros: relatively inexpensive way to clean out my garage and basement this morning - only $45 flat fee for up to 280 kg. The woman at the checkout was friendly, and the inside office was clean and nice-smelling, in sharp contrast to the landfill outside.Cons: I'd never been there before, and we were given vague directions on where to park our vehicle. Signs pointing you where to go were not very visible or helpful. One of the employees, a young man texting on his phone and barely pausing to look up, was extremely rude to my dad and I. Horribly unprofessional, kid. If you hate your job that much, 100 other people would be grateful to take your place. We were just looking for guidance, and you not only yelled at us, you insulted our intelligence. Also, what the heck are you doing texting while you're on the job? This young man's attitude left a real sour taste in our mouths. Doubt I'll ever go back unless I hear this person is no longer working there.

They really need a zero star rating. 45$ for a bag of garbage. And the woman on the phone seemed so pleased with herself telling me that.

They were fast and easy to reach on the phone. The facility was well organized and it was fairly quick to get started on off loading. I had about 20 bags and boxes full of household garbage and it only cost $40. Aside from the inevitable stench of garbage it was a great place and I would go back again
