Omg have you seen the snails that work at this location? With a line around the wall the staff work at a speed like we want our purchases tomorrow instead of today. On top of that, they definitely prefer to walk away and chat with each other in the back room or just outside it rather than serving customers. One of the worst experiences at a Tim Hortons, the manager should be fired!

I had to wait 30 minutes to order in a sunday morning. Then, I waited 10 minutes for a tea. The stuff doesn't seem trained and sadly, it's the only store open early in the morning.

Terrible!! Very slow service! They removed the fast lane! Also, their Interac pads are all sticky so the machine kept saying I was entering the wrong pin. But the worst is how slow they are!!!

I was waiting for 15min for just a cup of coffee. Staff's are really dead slow. So please avoid this Tim and don't waste your time in this Tim.

Avoid this location. Worst tim Horton I have ever been in whole of canada. The cashier really was not worth her wages. I ordered triple triple coffee and received black coffee and she also not heard my order for small hot chocolate or was not listening.

Probably the slowest tim i've ever seen. Bad food, bad service, extremely slow. Takes 5 min to serve a client with only a coffee. If their are more than 4 people waiting, avoid.

The staff at this place act like if they had some sort of brain damage, not even being able to comunicate properly. A herd of sheeps with no direction or purpose in their actions - screaming, talking, laughing....anything but not serving customers. The only guy at the kitchen table who is more sleeping than cooking. I wish that place would just be closed permanently.

The food standard is so low. Ordered mobile pick up two days in a row. Missed items both times. Bagels are cold and not toasted. Barely any butter. Literally dry af. Dont bother going here.

Such a terrible experience every day the same issue with mobile orders in night service, it's not normal to order 15 minutes ahead and still end up waiting for my order, I always get the same lousy excuse : sorry I didn't see I had a mobile order, never again
