I Love Nails and Spa

I have got my nails done quites a few times thinking its not going to be last time but its always a regret whenever i go……i went their on sunday last week i waited 30 mins to get my nails done and the lady who did my nails was rushing she did them so quickly that my shellac chipped off before a week i went again to do it i was hoping i ll get another nail tech but they said who did your nails will fix for you… so i went again and she rushed again they have chipped off again within 2 days.

Got a manicure and pedicure on Sunday evening there was only 2 workers but the establishment was not busy. When I arrived one female was getting her nails done another got a waxing I’m pretty sure and then it was just me and my mother.I didn’t get the young man’s name that did my French tips but he did an amazing job and he was so nice!I had a lady do my feet and she rushed right through it all, I’m disappointed because she was very nice but I can’t tell if she has little experience or just doesn’t care. The 2 big toes look really bad but the rest of the toes look fine

My mom went to this place on June 25th and by July 3rd she was complaining that her big toe was hurting so much. She couldn’t bear the pain by Tuesday and called in sick from work. She decided to go see her doctor by Wednesday and the doctor looked at it and said that “it’s really bad” and never go to that place again! I mean, she just had to be on leave for a week, take antibiotics every 5 hours in a day then prescribed with cream, and on top of that— she couldn’t even walk properly due to it’s swelling. No wonder this place is so incompetent, they just hire anyone from the street. BEWARE OF THIS NAIL SPOT!!! We are not the kind of people who complains but this should be for public awareness.

Terrible service new staff have no license to do nails they will get shut down soon. Poor cleaning practices and they rush

Worst place to go. I called them in the morning to get appointment to remove my nail extensions but they told me that there is no need of appointment I can just go walk in. When I reached there they told me to wait for half n hour then I told them that I am coming back but then I went back they took someone else and asked me to wait more 30 mins but it was more than 1 hour and then when I asked them that how much more time it will take they told me that more 20 mins even though one of the lady was just standing .

This place is the best ,honest and reliable. We are their customers from last 3 years and trust me they know what they are doing. For example; Manicure, pedicure, massage, waxing and many more with least expenssive pricing list. I have posted the picture which explains my feet already got new life yes they do foot massge too after pedicure. Once you go there you will be their permanent customer. Yes i definitely recomend this place for your future needs.

I am never going back to that place again. I had been there before, but never had an experience like today. They lady was in so rush and just stripped my eyebrows in rush. She did not clean before starting and neither applied any soothing gel after.Are we paying that much money for zero service?
