Kaydene was super kind and helpful. There needs to be more kind souls like her working during these tragic times. Even with a mask, her aura so kind and warm. Really brightens up a room.

I was there a few days ago to receive a large amount of money from western union and after going to 3 other money mart this was the only location that tried to help me. They offered to put some of the funds on money orders. I really appreciated that because I needed the money. The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly. This will be the only money mart I use for now on. Thank you sorry I forgot your name.

I was there on Thursday and I must say that the service was great. It was busy and Marilyn cleared the line fast and was really helpful. Would recommend this location

My experience today was difficult and disappointing. I had to ask the agent who she was assisting and if she was on training because she constantly was speaking to me and her colleague at the same time.I left there upset and headed to a different location and got better service.

This is my favorite Money Mart in B-Town! The staff is very professional and I always get excellent customer service from them. They also step outside of the box" for the customer's needs. Shevonne

Great customer service provided consistently by an awesome representative named Shevonne Clarke. She is ever smiling and extremely helpful. I have been helped by her 3 times and each time she went above and beyond with her service. I always prefer to be helped by her . Sometimes you are having a bad day and smiling help provided by associates like herself can make a huge difference. Thank you Ms. Shevonne for going above and beyond consistently
