Visited this place a while back and jesus everything was overpriced. Saw a $37 noodle stopper for $100+ and staff inside basically ignored me and my friend. Compared to other GTA figure shops this was really lackluster. Lots of variety though and has a lot of collectibles but other than that- it was just a bad experience. Would rather you spend your time looking somewhere else with more reasonable prices.

I read through these reviews expecting a bad experience.. but it wasn't like that at all. The store owner is quiet, but he's kind. I asked him about a specific figure I was looking for and he quickly directed me to what he had.

The store itself is wonderful, but the Shopkeeper was super rude. Don't expect people to buy from you just because you have good products - you're literally failing basic customer service skills.There was a section in the store that I wanted to check out but he was in the way, so I asked if I could check out the products. All I got in return was a rude and stern no". Just like that

Spent less than 5 minutes in the store and the employee/owner was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Didn’t acknowledge my presence when I entered, and when I went aisle to aisle looking around, they followed me to my aisle and stared at me until I left. Never been so uncomfortable in my life. Do yourself a favour and go to any other Anime store in the GTA.

Update 2: If you post a negative review, the owner/storekeeper will stalk your Facebook and message you at 4am. Unbelievable.Edit: Check the response of the owner. It's quite hilarious how they try to deflect every point I made! You can always tell that a business is genuine and great when they smear not just a singular reviewer but every single one that posts a negative review that comments upon truthful facts about the business. The funniest thing is when the owner calls all the haters" bots or fake accounts when reviewers try to bring attention to fake positive reviews. Reminds me of Amy's Baking Company that yelled and complained about those "pesky online haters". Search it up if you don't know

Good collection. BUT The shopkeeper is very RUDE. I was gonna spend over $1000 CAD. But I left because of the behavior without buying anything. And also way too expensive. Won't recommend to anyone. Horrible experience.
