Mark tried and disappointed!I brought 2 iPhoneX to replace old batteries, battery is 100% after fresh install. But soon I experienced randomly shutdown, and 1 year later seriously degraded.I also asked Mark to replace the cracked screens on both phones. One bricked after a system update, useless! Another one has touch screen issues, like ghost touches.I seriously doubt his capacities. I would have been better off buying a refurbished phone.

Needed daughter’s iPhone XS screen replaced. Mark answered our questions, and replaced the screen in the amount of time and cost that he had promised. Have nothing to complain about, and will go to him again for tech repairs.
