The young lady in the media section was very helpful and went the extra mile to research other stores for the item I wanted to purchase that they unfortunately didn’t have in stock.

Amazing service always. I needed a quick scan/copy of a large sheet survey. The friendly staff in the print/copt department were able to do it in about 10 minutes!! Much appreciated

A nice, affordable option for business postcards that I was easily able to design online myself. Prompt service, done right the first time, friendly and professional staff.

Smaller store than what I'm used to, but it offers all the services one needs for their office, business, or school needs. I've found their customer service often lacking, however, as they never seem to have enough staff on the floor or cash to take care of the customers.

One star is generous. I phone about getting pictures copied the woman said no problem. I drove 20 minutes to the store the guy behind the counter said no we send them out could be days. A big waste of my time and gas.

Picking up office supplies great service.

A young man from the tech section with the arm cast sold me a laptop today, and as someone who's uncomfortable talking to people in person, I found he was very friendly and showed a great example of customer service. There was even an upsale made of getting me to purchase a mouse without feeling forced to do so, simply a mention.I'm glad to have an experience that came off as natural, as it's something to be be noted. Thank you :)

Absolutely embarrassing establishment!I would strongly advise to not buy any electronics from Staples.We purchased a computer and there so called Warranty to protect from any issues.I have brought in my computer 4 times for repair and its only has the same issue all the same time. I spoke to Krista( Manager at alliston location) who agreed that its a lemon and they will not replace or provide a full credit to out towards a new computer. They would rather inconvenience you and send out your computer. Krista refused to have any further converstaion. I will be escalating this matter. Please stay away from Staples, especially Alliston location.Krista and her team will not help you with any isssues but would rather inconvenience until you give up.

This place has awful customer service! I waited in a line of 3 people for almost 20 minutes. Then when it came to me, the woman at the cash walked away and I waited AGAIN. I ended up leaving and found a better price on Amazon for my item.The signage as well, is horrible, you don’t know where to line up for the service you need.
