I got my wedding rings resized. Both Paul and Billy were incredibly nice and spent a ton of time making sure I felt confident with the new size. They got my rings done within 24 hours. They also had such beautiful jewelry, but I'm staying on a budget for my wedding so I passed on buying anything else! Thank you again!

I came here last week with a Cuban chain that had a broken clasp and a vintage heirloom ring to be resized.The owner Paul was very accommodating - I didn’t know I needed an appointment, and he let me in straight away. The chain was fully ready about 30 minutes later, and I just picked up the ring today. Both the chain and the ring are perfect - my fiancé and I now have beautiful, wearable, and glistening pieces thanks to Paul and Bill, the other gentleman who I believe handled my repairs. Please note that they accept cash or check only.I also enjoyed browsing around the jewelry cases. Everything I saw was antique, one-of-a-kind, and unique, which I appreciated. I will have to come back soon.

My husband and I have been working with Paul for five years and he’s played an integral part of helping us design and create many sentimental jewelry pieces, from my engagement ring to our wedding bands, and anniversary gifts. Most recently, we visited Paul and asked him to help us turn a very traditional jade necklace into something that could be worn for any occasion. Paul worked with me on the design and together with his team transformed an old necklace into a new and exciting piece of jewelry. I loved that he was able to use every piece of jade from the original red stringed necklace and custom fit the jade pieces into a new gold chain that elevated the look.What we love about Paul and his team is their dedication to creating custom jewelry that is both functional and beautiful. We can’t wait to visit again and bring another treasure home ❤️

I have been so impressed with Paul's one of a kind jewelry, kindness and fair prices for the past 15 years. He designed my engagement and wedding rings 15 years ago after I brought in a drawing of what I wanted and he made it way better. I still get tons of compliments on them. Most recently I went through my jewelry box to get my rings resized, settings fixed, a diamond replaced etc. I decided to do it all because he gave me such a great price. I wish I had a before picture because how they look now is so dramatically different, so polished and sparkly. I highly recommend that people go through their jewelry boxes and do this so that Paul can breathe new life into your jewelry so it can be worn again and it makes a great gift too. If there are stones you like in your jewelry but not the design he can work with you to make a stunning new creation. I can't speak highly enough of his talent and fair prices.

After spending months looking online at sad cookie cutter rings I decided to visit Aurum and knew I had made the right choice as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was welcoming and accommodating at all times, their kindness and professionalism was clear from our first interaction. They made it their goal to make sure I was informed and educated on all the intricate details that went into customizing a ring. Everywhere we go people are always complimenting the ring and asking where we got it, plus my fiancé loves the style and that it’s one of a kind!

My grandmother gave me some family pieces and I wanted to go somewhere that appreciated the history of the jewelry as much as I do. Paul was incredibly sweet and helpful with some of the jewelry I brought in. He was genuinely interested in them and very knowledgeable on the style and era as well. I needed one wedding band sized up significantly and they took care of it within a couple hours and polished the other band that went with it so they could be equally as beautiful. I’m beyond grateful that my Great Great Grandparents wedding bands get sparkly second life! Since moving to Buffalo, Aurum has become my go-to place for watch repairs. The Aurum team is always friendly, professional, and attentive. When I first went to Aurum it was to replace the band and a broken component of a watch that my father passed down to me. Aurum handled it with care and returned my watch to me good as new.
