Customer service and employees of this Rona deserves 0, I hope Rona can fund a better people.the worst, worst service and I'm not new and not a homeowner I'm a contractor. I just waste my time and a day of work because of them, they told me that the material I order was on site and guess what, it wasn't, when I came to Rona to see what's going on...surprise they sell part of the material I was ordering before to someone else.How could they tell you; your order was delivery when the material wasn't there, and they sell it to someone else.Contractors and homeowner don't waste your time with those inept people.

I’d rate this store even lower if I could. The store is an absolute mess, you can’t fit a stroller or cart down half of the aisles because of all the stuff they have in the way. The employees provide zero help and have no knowledge of their products. We’re in the beginning stages of remodelling a home and they could have got a lot of our business.

Not the largest Rona in the area but a close second. Has decent sized, outdoor lumber yard for standard building supplies. Inside store selection is decent but some items are special order. Contractor desk located next to yard entrance makes for easy access. Also has bulk propane filling station for times when you run out unexpectedly and don’t want to make a Costco trip, located in the lumber yard.

Boys in the lumber yard need guidance. I couldn't find what I was looking for, and staff were not motivated to help me find it. Products were not labelled or priced, so I ended up buying a roughed-up sheet of 5/8 birch plywood I thought was spruce. I couldn't return it because I had it cut in the store by a kid who told me the saw cuts 1.5 off course. When carrying my wood to the car

I'd be rating a 0 if I could. Staff except a select few have no idea what's going on. They walk away and pretend they dont see you when walking towards them to ask a question. The quality of the wood out back is terrible. The prices on their stuff inside is way more on most products than Canadian Tire down the road. I now avoid going here at all costs and will go out of my way not to buy from here. Do yourself a favor and support local small businesses.

Was in sept 24th in the afternoon. my wife and i were looking at generators and the lady working the till answered every question we had like she had read the manual. knew the specs on both generators and price AFTER tax which we all want. Just wanted to say we were really impressed and sadly didn’t see your name.

As a contractor, I never in my life dealt with lazier, unmotivated, unknowledgeable staff in my life. They are all young and seem annoyed if you ask for help. The yard staff or I should say little shack staff won't offer to help you load lumber, don't know what lumber is what, etc. The yard is an abatement and way too small to get around in. Quality of material is junk. If there was a competitor in the area, I wouldn't spend a dollar or waste my time at this store.
