I went into the dispensary a couple days ago & was immediately blown away with the professional & knowledgeable expertise from the two employees working. I forget their names. But they definitely deserve the recognition. Very welcoming & overall good vibes !

Fantastic store. Exceptionally large with a very nice layout, seating area and clean easy to see display cases thoughtfully organized and well stocked. Herbs, hash, edibles, drinks, accessories are all offered here. The workers are knowledgeable, friendly, and will help answer any questions you may have without feeling rushed.

Best in Nanaimo for me..well worth the while to find Wharf St. Great store, super nice environment. 1st visit best service ever. Got my buds, papers, filters, everything!I ran into a trainee on visit 2, but colleagues/budtender stepped up and helped along, worked out great. Great customer service is what you want, go here. It's all the same bud no matter where you go. See you next time I'm on the island.

Hands down the best legal shop I've been to in Nanaimo . Jason was extremely helpful and personable. Didn't try to oversell to me but helped me find exactly what I needed. The only problem is there was no tip option on the machine or a tip jar for deserving customer service. I will be back

Incredibly impressed with my experience here. I dealt with Miles and Mackenzie and they couldnt have been more helpful! Incredibly knowledgable, very approachable and friendly and helped me with any queries I had! Could not have had a better experience, highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Great service, clean and easy environment, knowledgeable staff. Miles was amazing for my first time being a customer, super knowledgeable and relatable and a great conversationalist. Jason was awesome the other times I've been. I think it's my new favourite spot here in nanaimo
