One of the last bastions of physical media. Placed on hold a movie for pickup the next day. Because of weather could not make it but they had it waiting for me the following day! Great service and helpful.

this sunrise records location was super good overall! i came in with my friend to browse through some records and they had a large good selection of them :) this was my first time going into this store so i didn’t know they also sold kpop items so i was pleasantly surprised. they had a good selection too. the staff there was very kind and made good small talk which is always nice. would 100% go again :D

I Was disappointed when I got to the check out, that the game I was planning on purchasing didn't match the tag/listed price. When I asked the staff member why I was being charged nearly $20.00 over the tagged price. She stated that the tag should've been removed, and that other places would honor it but not there.Otherwise great place to shop.

The store is great. You can find lots of records and albums and music CDs. You can also get movies, and other pop culture stuff like shirts, socks, and mugs. They already have themed board games which are really cool. Overall a really fun store. I love going there everytime I'm at the mall

I was going to purchase 2 records from here, just deliberating over what I wanted. Until i realized that 2 employees were following and watching me and my boyfriend. The only colored people in the store, i felt uncomfortable and decided not to purchase. I’m a retail manager and nothing I did seemed suspicious for people to be following around or blatantly starring at me down the aisle. Being a person in retail I didn’t make a scene I decided instead that I simply just won’t purchase records from here. Disgusting behaviour, I would never make someone feel like this shopping at my store. Your staff could also use some diversity and training.
