I went to Kiehl’s to get my skin assessed and I was helped by Vanessa. She is very knowledgeable, kind and informative. It was my first time going to Kiehl’s and I had a great experience because of her. I love that fact that I can contact Kiehl’s if I have questions regarding my skincare purchases and routine.

Both Michelle and Venessa were really helpful on my two different visits, they not just helped me pick skin care products that worked out great for me but also answered my skin concerns. I’d definitely recommend shopping at this location if you are looking for a great customer service and want to enjoy your shopping experience

Michelle the store manager was lovely. My fiancé and I went in yesterday to grab some new skincare and she talked us through everything in detail, was very attentive, and kind. Thank you Michelle!

The Ultra facial Cream is so GOOD. I would check online and phoning the store to ask about deals. Clearly corrective dark spot is good for mild acne skin. Use ultra facial cream with matt sunscreen if you oily.

My go to place for facial supplies . Best products glad that they opened up a location in square one . They always give you mini samples which is really nice . It’s good quality items and the only brand I use . They also have shampoo which is natural . A lot of items good location and excellent customer service .

I was recently at Kiehl’s over the weekend. I had gone in to do a skin consultation because I’m looking to change my skincare brand. My experience was phenomenal! The girl who helped me (I believe her name was Taylor but I can’t remember for sure bc #mombrain) was so friendly and approachable. She was professional but also personable! Very knowledgeable about the product and understanding my needs. When I told her I wasnt ready to purchase and that I just wanted to know what routine would best suit me, she didn’t make me feel like I was wasting her time and continued to give me education on the line. Highly recommend this location!!!

I went to Kiehl’s looking for help with a acne/dark spot corrector. The associates Taylor and Daniella were extremely helpful and very informative. I had no idea about a routine but they were patient and carefully explain the steps I need to implement. I also like how I wasn’t pushing into a sale but instead given useful information that I could chose to act on or not. The staff are extremely knowledgable and honestly offered some of the best customers service in the mall. Highly encourage a visit!

I had Maryam help me out. She did a skin test for me and told me about my skin, recommended some products and gave me samples to try while explaining each one in a lot of depth so i knew exactly what i was putting on my skin. Her analysis was great and after trying the samples i went back to purchase the full size. Anywhozzles, maryams the best :)
