Mr. Lube + Tires

Great service. Fast and the Managers in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. All staff friendly. Offering drinks and they do the oil change and all checks very fast and high quality.

So I went here about a week and a half ago got regular synthetic oil change done, got told my dipstick was missing a bolt and they showed me it was rubbing on a wire and creating a spark, and made it spark multiple times which happen to fry some wires and my alternator was damaged and now needed to be changed, which was already changed prior to winter starting. when I talked to Josh the manager he had no problem till I told him what his employer did and that I have lost a week worth of work over this they are also shorting you on oil mine was 2 litres short of what it needed I recommend going elsewhere. Top of all this they are refusing to fix my vehicle so I had to pay for a tow truck get it towed to a mechanic and get a proper diagnostic of why my vehicle stopped running. Now i have a licenced mechanic look at it and turns out due to the amount of times my dipstick was touching a live wire it shorted out my alternator and fried some wires. ill be filing a complaint and if nothing gets resolved I'm taking this to court.

Absolutely awful experience! >:(I came here hoping to get a quick oil change and be in and out within 30 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes with no other cars in front of me while 2 other cars next to me went in and came out. They didn't come out to explain to me what was going on and they're the ones who told me to go in that line. They had a poor excuse when I finally entered and offered no form of compensation. They tried to sell me an extra $150+ of things I didn't need on top of an already expensive oil change. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. I will never go to another Mr. Lube or recommend to anybody...

I came from Mr. Lube today feeling like I was taken advantage of. I spent way too much money just for an oil change. The guys were very nice but they kept pushing me to get new replacements on things when all I wanted was an oil change. I won't go back again. I feel like Mr.lube just took all my money.-Disappointed customers.

Very pushy when it comes to tires. My tires are nearing end of life and I had to say no to 3 seperate people... one requiring an explanation as to why I won't buy tires from them. I've been using this place for a decade for my oil changes and you're probably losing my business going forward because you wanted to sell me tires so badly.Your employees don't require me to explain what I'm doing for my tire situation and I had to lie to the guy about a ridiculous deal on tires I was getting for him to leave me alone about it.I appreciate being told they are almost done and to be changed asap, but no is no. Communicate amongst each other, customer is aware of tires life

Tried to upsell everything and told me my tires were legally bald. When I went elsewhere for the tires, they told me they were perfectly fine and showed me with the gauge the depth they were actually at which was basically same as brand new. If I had believed them I would have spent 2000 I didn't have on tires I didn't even need. Gave 2 stars because the oil change I went for was good and fast.

They charge you 40 just to check the damage, and you can't leave without doing something, too expensive ... They try to hard to change all your tires, always in the need to sell... The only good thing is the repair of the tire.

I highly recommend Sajid and Jarren they did an exception job and Sajid was super polite and plesant to deal with. They deserve a reward. We will be back for another oil change. Thank you Amanda and Matthew Doerksen.

Overall nice but I have been there two times with two seperate vehicles. They have recommended two unnecessary fluid changes (went to a different mechanic and they said the fluids were fine) then they told me that the tires on my car were so worn down that MPI insurance wouldn't cover it?They only had a season on them previous, on a vehicle barely used as it's not a primary vehicle of mine, plus I put winter tires on during the winter. So basically brand new.I'm not sure if your techs need training or if it's management that is pushing some ridiculous agenda but all these reviews recently have been nothing but poor. I wish I looked it up before going.

Went for a oil change at Mr. Lube 1076Narin Ave at 1:00 pm Wednesday May 10/23.They told me I needed a new air filter which I knew I needed, so I purchased a new one.When they were finished they ask you to turn head lights on ,brights, signals ,and brakes.They proceeded to tell me that all 4 front headlights were not working and they can replace the bulbs for me. I insisted that they were working fine this morning when I left for work at 1:40am kept insisting as they're brand new.I knew something was up when they were beside my battery and laughing.Well.i get home and Jason looked at the fuse box and both relay switches were pulled loose, the air filter lid was not sealed .Upper tech was DS, Lower tech wasMike and Advisor was Dev.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE AND please share out my postBloody crooks !!!!I did call and speak to the manager he seems not to be doing anything ,so I'll be calling head office - Angela Ross May 10 2023
