If you've been disappointed by the lack of customer service that seems to have become the norm these days, look no further- it still exists. Our experience with Pure Water Source was great. They had very fast scheduling for a consult, timely service, and phenomenal communication throughout the entire process. Everyone from the technician to the admin assistant were friendly and professional, always helping with questions. We had one *very* minor issue at our install and I'm kind of glad we did - because we got to experience their follow-up and customer service which was 100% top tier. This is THE company to call for your water needs. I have already recommended them to many of my clients, and will continue to!

Great company! Installed our sulfur filter about a year ago and came back for service call. Explained to us how to keep the filter clean and running as it should. Really helpful and great service.
