Highly disappointed with this company. I called and spoke with a lady regarding ice & water shield. She gave me a price and confirmed the size of each roll. I then proceeded to have the materials picked up and driven to a job being done on Georgian Bay only to find out the product that she had sold me was not what she had explained over the phone.The customer service overall was disappointing with the lady being rude and also not willing to reduced the restocking fee when returning some material.Update to the owner response below: it appears as though all negative reviews will only continue to compile with this company and writing a review about your experience will get you a sorry" from the owner. Potential customers beware of the chances you're taking when buying from Roofmart in Barrie... any problems you have will not be addressed by this company."

Tried to look online through the catalog picked out what I was looking for and took the time to drive into barrie to visit the showroom. No samples to look at, no knowledge of products from the desk attendant whatsoever. And I was treated more like a nuisance than a customer, walked out on the purchase I'll give my money to a business more deserving.

Great service, went in to get some siding today, and the lady at the front was super nice and helpful and knowledgeable about their products, didn't even have to ask her for help she just jumped at helping me all the way through. The guys at the desk were very helpful as well, thank you guys

The plan is to arrive at the store ahead of time to load the goods, but because of the traffic jam, I can't arrive until after work. I would like to call them to postpone the work time and accept. Thank you very much for the support of their team.

A very short but pleasant experience. Went here to have a piece of siding colour matched.Employee's were helpful in aiding me with an appropriate selection and gave me pointers on the best steps to ensure the selection of the correct colour when testing the pallet on my home.

purchased IKO dynasty shingles. They charged me $38 per bundle. Later in the day I found out home hardware charges $30 for the same ones.Roof mart refused to price match. And will not accept returns without a restocking fee. If you don't want to over pay. Shop elsewhere

Was my first time in to Roofmart and it was a great experience. I didn't know exactly what I needed for my low slope roofing project, but they did and educated me on the DIY application of it. Will definitely be going back for future projects.
