Mike B & Edward (technicians) came out and quickly and properly fixed a few issues with my sprinkler system. Very friendly and clear communication. Only issue, was scheduling was a few weeks out, but it’s summer and their busy- so I get it. Will definitely use again!

My tech today was Devon-what a great guy! He let me know when he was a minute away, was very friendly, very informed about sprinklers and the systems, performed great adjustments on the sprinklers and was quick! He didn’t mind if I followed him around the yard with questions about the system and was very patient showing me how to adjust the timers. The office personnel is great-always easy to get ahold of and can answer ANY question-very informed and friendly as well. Thank you Lakeside for being one of the few companies and services that is easy to deal with, friendly, professional, quick!! I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Ben and his teammate did a great job. First replacing a broken head. Then coming up with two solutions that saved us money. And finally finding a second bad head that I hadn't noticed yet. Very professional. Enjoyed working with them.

Michael was very professional in discussing what he would be doing and listening to any questions. He made sure the complete system was programmed and running correctly and that there was nothing else I wanted to discuss. I feel the price for the service is what I would expect to pay and I will continue to use this company in the future.

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed my sprinkler system quickly and was more than willing to answer all my questions even after the job was completed. He kept me updated on the progress of his work while I was at work.

Price of installation was very reasonable, however we were out of town during the installation resulting, in my opinion, many mistakes being made. They included underground pipes found above grade, heads leaking at underground connections, installation of a non- functioning water spigot, heads poorly place and allowed to spray on my neighbor’s home as well as placing new heads directly beside old ones that I was told would be removed. I also discovered a rain sensor included in the quote was never installed. It has taken over a month for these issues to be addressed. My advice is to make sure you are at home during the installation to insure correct decisions are made.

One zone of my sprinkler system was not working and Lakeside Irrigation agreed to help me find a solution. They responded within 24 hours and sent out Tony and Edward to appraise the situation. They were awesome! While replacing two sprinkler heads which were inoperable in the zone, they found, not one, but two places where the poly tube was cracked preventing the water zone from working properly. They refused to quit until the zone was working beautifully and properly. With much effort they were successful, and I was the beneficiary. Thanks Tony and Edward. And thank you Lakeside. A new satisfied customer/member.

Tony and Edward did a fine job. Tony was knowledgeable about landscaping and made suggestions that were cost effective. He pointed out the advantages of the company's discount plans. Edward worked diligently to carry out Tony's instructions. Both men were pleasant to work with.
