We recently finished working with Earth Works for our stone patio in our back yard and walkway....... Wow! I wish there was a 6th and 7th star for me to give them! From the sales, to the design, to the amazing installation and products. I don’t see how anyone anywhere could do a better job. It’s not only the amazing work they did, it is also the respect all the staff gave to not only myself and my wife, but also my children. Totally unexpected and was truly an amazing experience and again the service was over the top the entire way through!Thank you team Earth Works!

If you order patio stones in February they will tell you every week it’s this week then next week then Friday then it’s rainy (it’s blocks on a pallet) etc. every day driveway is clear. Everyday they still haven’t come. Have some pretty shady side line referral guys also. Will never let my contractor deal with them for anything ever again. Pantene is faster and better. Big companies don’t wait, businesses don’t wait, just us little people. Reviews show as such

They have lousy customer service. We had work done in backyard & they shorted us on stones. The worker said we be back tomorrow & they never came. My partner went to the office & lied to her as they said they be back on Monday and a month later nobody. She called couple times more & they don’t return calls. They removed items & they never put back. We will probably never hear from them again as they don’t care. This is the only outlet that we can vent as they won’t return phone calls. Never again will we hire them. They don’t show up day they say they will. Very frustrating. Sum it up. Don’t give us the right amount of product. Don’t return items to original place & don’t return phone calls

Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Earthworks Landscape Supply. I wanted to give them a negative one-star review, but honestly, they don't even deserve that. My swimming pool pavers and coping were an absolute disaster - they did a terrible job and showed no care whatsoever. I mean, there was glue everywhere, even in the brand new pool! It was a sloppy mess and they didn't even bother to cut the coping to make it look nice. Lazy much?But it's not just their shoddy work that has me writing this review. Their customer service is straight up terrible too. I've had multiple issues with them, including when they failed to deliver on other projects. And don't even get me started on the amount of rock they provided - it was so inconsistent it made me question whether they even care about their work or if they're just trying to make a quick buck.Listen, I'm a loyal customer who's even hired them for various projects in the past, but let me tell you about this one! I bought pavers on sale price. I came back to pick them up and guess what? They sold it to SOMEBODY ELSE!!!! My property - stolen and sold to someone else. I guess money is only thing mattered to them the most. Horrible I don't give a F" attitudes from them

Very lousy customer service. Finally got Josh out to quote. Waited for quote ever called. So I called to get the quote. He gave me a song n dance about how busy they are and thought it would be best if I got someone else to do the job.
