Horrible service and pathetic customer care.I ordered items online and I received a message after 3 months that the order is ready to picked at warehouse. When I visited the warehouse, they said there is a glitch in the system and the order cannot be delivered that day. Team at warehouse requested me to visit warehouse next day. Next day, I received an email that the order has been cancelled and the amount is reimbursed. I do not know how they can cancel an order without my consent. I didn't even receive the reimbursement.Team at warehouse asked me to call customer care and raise a complaint request. Each time the customer care representative said a manager will call you back within 24 hours". It has been more than a week

I will never buy from Structube.Yesterday I bought a lamp, today while assembling it I realized a part is missing, after so many phone call, they told me to come and pick it up. So I drove for 45minutes to get to the store and after I get home and tied to fix the lamp, the missing part was so bigger than what is should be, it was a piece for another model!!!!!It is so irresponsible to customers time and I'm so disappointed.I wish I could give them 0 star.

Don’t waste your money on their furniture, the fabrics are not guaranteed by them (nobody says in purchase time), just after three months lots of lints came up. and when you ask them who is responsible for the fabrics then the customer service never get back to you!!

I too had terrible customer service. Online customer service can't help if you've ordered in store, and the store phone never gets answered. Ordered in September, delivery ETA November. December today, and still no word. Went in store and they pushed me to February. Absolutely unacceptable. I regret doing business with them.

Easily accessible, bright and new airport sized store. Parking is plenty. Staff is courteous and may be found throughout the store in abundance.The concept is perhaps the new retail store experience in an attempt to save this industry from the Amazons and Wayfairs of the world.Not too sure I personally like the setup. The shopping side is quite nice however once you place your order, the airport experience begins. (Read Structube pickup section in Google for the rest of the shopping experience.)

I hate writing bad reviews as I find it sometimes unfairly penalizes the merchant. But with STRUCTUBE, I felt it was necessary to let them know that customer are NOT satisfied and customer service is mediocre.Bought a sectional sofa in October for Delivery in November. The delivery was delayed until the middle of December. During the delays, they did not reply to emails and it was impossible to call the call center as no one picked up the phone. Finally, they deliver the products and due to COVID they couldn't enter the apartment. So they left it outside. Once we started to assemble the sofa, we realized that they packed the wrong hardware so we ended up missing one of the pedestal for the sofa.Contacted the local store and they said that since it was an online order, we need to contact the website customer support. Contacted customer service and they said that someone will be in touch with us for the replacement part. Have been waiting for a month now with a unusable sofa in the living room. Asked them to pick it up for a refund and they refused. Ask them for the replacement part and they don't answer. Have no idea what to do now.The products are super nice but customer service couldn't be worst as it is non existent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you want to avoid headaches!Waiting to see if they will rectify the problem and if they do not solve the issue I will have no choice but to call the credit card company to dispute the charge.

Bruh, I want to like Structube — the prices are fair and the product style is good. But man alive: went to pick out an order and had to wait over an hour for it to brought out (while about 50 people arrived, got served, and left); we got our order because I went in twice to ask where it was. Alas, of the 3 lamps we bought, 2 are defective. One has a warped casing and so can’t be made flush; the other has an incomplete thread so can’t be screwed at all! I can think of easier and more fun ways to spend hundreds of dollars for an hour. Please god get some quality control.

I wish I had seen these reviews to help guide my decision as customer dissatisfaction is reflective of my experience with Structube. My order not only arrived months later than expected, there was a missing piece of a part that customer service did not attempt to reconcile. After multiple emails and efforts to contact, their suggestion was that I needed to return the item, when I only discovered the missing piece after assembling it.All in all the piece remains unaccounted for and no efforts have been made to fix this.I would strongly caution anyone from purchasing online from Structube.
