Unfortunately they are so unprofessional. We frequently called from toronto and finally someone answered and asked for sending the documents by email , after two weeks and no get back, we drive around 500km and when we arrived there, nobody knows what they have to do for documents certificates and finally THEY DID NOT CERTIFY COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS. Unfortunately the boss was absent and we can’t find out what is the real task of Canadian chamber of commerce .however we showed them it has been requested by Washington and they must do it but they didn’t. Terrible service
