Brought my Cub rider in due to engine problems. Was repaired with fuel pump and valve cover gasket. When I got it home it still was not running properly. Returned it They replaced the head gasket and didn’t charge further. Very honest and responsible dealer! I will return for other work and purchases!

Great people if you need lawn mower parts they will get it for you in a timely manner and will call you when they receive it unlike some of their competitors who are closer to where I live which is qith in 5 miles

After three expensive visits to fix a fairly simple problem, I found another shop who fixed the problem in one day. I am very dissatisfied with Darling Beltline. I suspect that the problem lies not in the maintenance shop but in the front office. I don’t believe that they can communicate with either the customer or the mechanics in a manner that results in problem resolution. I don’t have the time or money to waste on such organizational disfunction. When I discussed this with the ladies at the front desk, it was like talking with a chainsaw…… I have little recourse other than to take my business elsewhere and to tell others of my dissatisfaction.

Friendly staff, they don't always have the product but, they can order and have in a day or so.Thats like more and more retail shops! Most of them have very low inventory .

Paid about $140.00 for diagnosis and repair. I was told by mechanic that problem was carburetor and was not covered under 3 year warranty. I use this mower for trimming certain areas about once each month. Darlings only gives 30 day warranty. Same problem began while using mower 2nd time. Darlings would not even consider looking at it again without diagnosis charge since I returned it just after 2nd use about 40 days later. So much for their diagnosis and repair. If this was my business, I would like to know why this was misdiagnosed and try to correct it. This is a $300.00 mower. Will the next diagnosis be correct????????? My issue was with the man at the counter not the mechanic.

Love this place. One of the longest standing family owned businesses in the area. Extremely helpful. Highly recommend going there for any of your lawn equipment needs from service to repair or buy brand new. They are great to work with. They also carry all your pool supplies or you can buy a new one. You can tell its family owned and operated because they really do care about their customers.

All kinds of pools, accessories, chemicals, liners, replacement parts and many other pool items. Carry a large variety of Cub Cadet lawn tools. Replacement parts, maintenance parts and special order parts as needed. If they do no have it. You do not need it. Pool installation, maintenance and repairs. Opening and closing services too!

I took powerwasher there over the summer, because it wouldn't run. Expecting carb being issue because when I could get it to fire up it didn't run right. Well they took my 20 for leaving it got a called a couple days later that it was fixed. I show up and they said couldn't find anything wrong with it. So they did nothing to it. They showed me it would fire up. I asked if they tested it and he claimed they did. Well I get it home and did the same no fire when I got home.I do not recommend them.
