If you are looking at reviews, it is likely because you have recently suffered a tremendous loss, and want to know that you'll be providing your pet with the best care. I can assure you, that you will find that here. I had a difficult time both with the initial phone call, and with the urn selection, but the staff were compassionate, patient, and kind, through it all. I was also able to have my rabbits ashes placed in a beautiful urn of a rabbit sleeping. It is now my most treasured possession.

We recently had to say our last goodbye to our so very loved friend Tye. He was 16.7 yrs old. So very hard. We had Dr Lauren Bailey come to our house for the procedure. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend.We wanted to bring our pup in for cremation instead of sending him with a stranger.Janet at precious Pet accommodated our very short notice appointment on a Sunday. She is so very kind, gentle and compassionate. There are many different containers to choose from to bring home your beloved pets ashes. Janet understands your pain and grief and gives you as much time as you need to say goodbye to your pet.We had him back home on our fireplace within 24 hoursThank you Janet for your kindness and being here in Windsor.

The experience was professional and caring in the proper balance. I was able to arrive when I was ready, and lay my sweet angel on the table myself with the things I brought along to go with him. Took my time saying final goodbyes, and when I walked out the side door, the sun shone in, and I just knew he was in good hands. I could trust the care.Janet even called me when he was being cremated, so that I could take a moment for him. Thank you Janet, and everyone else I did not meet. I am very pleased with the final chapter to my loved one's story. His urn is beautiful, and his name tag is sweet, and I appreciate the gifted way he was presented back to me.
