Update: May 8 2023 - I had an additional small job and George went out of his way to help me with it. This goes a long way with me, most companies wouldn't bother with you for something small after the main job is done. As usual the quality was fantastic. Thanks again George!!!----------------------It was a super experience dealing with George and his staff at General Aluminum Railings. The wood look aluminum railings that I got were super high quality. Great looking, very high quality paint coatings, and super strong and sturdy feeling. The guys onsite added a couple of brackets to increase support without any hesitation. The cost was also very competitive. I very briefly considered doing the railings myself with the kits available from Home renovation stores but compared to the custom designed railings supplied by General Aluminum railings there was not much potential cost saving plus a significant drop in quality and the number of pieces involved. There really is no room for improvement, great job!

We had a terrific experience with Dennis and his people who installed railings and glass for our sundeck and stairs. Dennis provided us with a practically instantaneous measurement and a competitive estimate. He was thoroughly professional and cordial and we were very confident that we had made a good choice. The finished product was installed quickly and flawlessly. We cannot say enough good things about General Aluminum Railings and hope to use them again.

I have used this company numerous times over the past decade to improve the overall function and beauty of my house(s). They have customized several gates, handrails, railings with both spindles and glass, and my favorite piece which is a 31' beautiful privacy panel for my back deck (see attached photo). General Aluminum is the best in the business because they are very attentive to their customers needs, and always produce exceptional work in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Amazing work and great customer service! We had met with a few contractors before deciding to go with General Aluminum. We met with George, one of the owners, who did the initial client meeting and was present and hands on during the whole process. One of the selling features was the experience of General Aluminum and the fact that they manufacture things locally. We definitely recommend them if you are looking for fencing

Dennis and his guys were great, Dennis came to measure and told me 2 weeks. Guys were on site and completed the install perfectly. I would highly recommend General Aluminum Railing to anyone. I have been in construction for 35yrs and these guys deliver. perfect Perfect Perfect!!!! High quality!!!!

I highly recommend General Aluminum Railings. George and the team here are great! The customer service is fantastic, the quality of the product is top notch, the price is reasonable/fair and my custom railings were manufactured quickly and accurately. The installation took no time at all and the installers were professional and cleaned up before they left. I now have beautiful railings on the exterior and interior of my home, thanks to General Aluminum Railings, and could not be more pleased. Most definitely 5 stars!

We've had General Aluminum replace all the railings/handrails at our place. Their product and workmanship is great and their customer service is even better. We've dealt with George and he is amazing! He does such great job of taking care of all the details.
